Shiva Trust was established in 1998 and set up Sharadchandraji Pawar Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital at Wadala Mahadew, Tal. Shrirampur, Dist. Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, in 2012, under the guidance of its President, Dr. Balasaheb Pawar. The college runs a 25-bedded homoeopathic hospital attached to the teaching institution.
The college offers the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree. The course is of five and a half years' duration, including one year of compulsory internship, and follows the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (MUHS) syllabus.
